HEALTH AND SAFETY OPERATION PROTOCOL FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
Step 1 : Please take a few minutes to carefully read this Health and Safety Protocol
Step 2 : Please contact the hotel via phone or email before you confirm your reservation with any additional information, special requests or preferences.
Step 3 : After you confirm your reservation we will inform you via email regarding any last minute changes to this Health and Safety Protocol.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL
It will be our pleasure to welcome you to the hotel, and to provide you any additional information to make sure you feel fully informed and safe.
You will be asked to provide your contact details and fill in a health questionnaire form. Please rest assured that we are respecting our guests’ privacy and that your details will strictly be used only for health and safety reasons.
Check out time is now 11am and check in 3pm to allow adequate time for the deep cleaning of your room.
When arriving at the hotel reception you are kindly requested to follow the below precautions:
1. Clean your hands using hand sanitizer
2. Wear your mask
3. You will be given the opportunity to clean your bags and luggage at your discretion.
ENTERING YOUR ROOM
We have deep cleaned your room before your arrival and the room has been naturally ventilated at least 4 hours. After this time no one was allowed to enter the room until your arrival.
DURING YOUR STAY
Please clean your hands on your arrival to the hotel, follow the personal hygiene guidance and respect the minimum distance of 1.5-2m between yourself and hotel staff and other hotel guests. In case you experience symptoms of Covid-19, you are kindly requested to stay in your room and call the hotel manager to advice you. Keep safe and enjoy your holidays.
Please inform us if you want us to clean and deep clean your room during your stay. Following the “government’s advised Health & Safety protocol “we would require you to vacate the room enough time for our team to complete the cleaning (minimum 3 hours).
Room service is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks. The menu is available on our site and you can place your order on your arrival or by phone. The serving tray with your meal will be placed in your private veranda, respecting social distancing guidance.
In the hotel common areas you can find information about the operation protocol and guidance for these spaces following the current health and safety protocols.
Linen and bathroom white goods policy
We would kindly ask you to inform us on your arrival or by the phone about how frequently you would like us to replace your linen and bathroom towels. If you would not like the hotel staff to enter your room, we have provided a plastic bag that you can use to store towels and linen for cleaning and leave them outside your door. We will deliver the new sets in the same manner.
Before your departure
Please contact the reception via phone to arrange the payment of extras during your stay (for example breakfast, meals, drinks, snacks) to avoid any delays during your check out.
If you require transfer to the port please notify us well in advance, as passenger numbers are restricted and the vehicle is cleaned before each use, in accordance with current regulations.
